Slate High School in Jannaram celebrated the 76th Republic Day with a grand event under the theme “Prerana: A Source of Inspiration and Motivation.” The day-long celebration, held from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, was attended by over 1,500 students ranging from Nursery to Grade 9. The highlight of the day was a vibrant Cultural Fest, where more than 80 performances took place, including dances, songs, piano recitals, and speeches by students. This cultural extravaganza reflected the school’s dedication to fostering creativity, discipline, and patriotism in its students.

A key part of the celebration was the Blood Donation Camp organized in collaboration with the Lions Club of Jannaram and facilitated by the Red Cross, Mancherial. The camp successfully collected 41 units of blood, showcasing the school’s commitment to social service and community welfare. This initiative was warmly appreciated by all attendees and was a symbol of the school’s efforts to contribute positively to society.

The event was graced by distinguished guests, including Sri Rajavardhan, Sub-Inspector of Jannaram, Yadagiri Shekar Rao Garu, State Honorary President of TRMA, P. Mahesh, Manager at SBI, Venkat, Manager at Union Bank, and Shyam Lal Sir, Principal of Slate Excellence School, Jannaram. The occasion was further enriched by the presence of A. Subhash Reddy Garu, Founder, and Dr. A. Srikanth Reddy Garu, Chairman, who provided valuable inspiration and guidance.

Principal Shirin Khan, teachers, parents, and students all actively participated in making the event a resounding success. The day was marked by a sense of unity and patriotism, with the cultural performances leaving the audience in awe. Overall, the event was a testament to Slate High School’s ongoing mission to inspire young minds and make meaningful contributions to society through initiatives that promote creativity, social service, and community involvement.
