Dr. V. Narayanan Appointed as New ISRO Chairman

Dr. V. Narayanan has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). An official announcement was made on Tuesday, stating that he will take charge from the current ISRO Chief, S. Somanath, on January 14.
Dr. Narayanan is currently serving as the Director of the Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC). With extensive expertise in rocket and spacecraft propulsion systems, his leadership is expected to propel ISRO to greater achievements in space exploration and technology.
