BRS Party Stages Protest Supporting Farmers, Tensions Escalate

The BRS Party staged a protest in support of farmers, demanding the Congress government fulfill its promises of farm loan waivers and provide financial assistance through the Rythu Bandhu scheme. The protest took place in Bejjur mandal of Adilabad district, where BRS cadres blocked the national highway, creating tense situations in the region.
Former Minister Jogu Ramanna sat in protest on the road, holding the government accountable for neglecting farmers’ issues. Addressing the gathering, he criticized the Congress government, stating that while the previous BRS government under KCR had extended comprehensive support to farmers, the current administration has burdened farmers with debt, pushing agricultural families into financial distress.
He assured the farmers that the BRS Party would stand by them until justice is served and demanded immediate action from the government to address their grievances.
