Godha Garlands Offered to Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala

On the auspicious occasion of the divine wedding of Goddess Goda Devi (Andal Amma), the revered garlands of Goda Devi were offered to Lord Venkateswara on Wednesday morning. The garlands, prepared at the Sri Govindarajaswamy Temple in Tirupati, were ceremoniously brought to Tirumala.
The sacred Goda garlands were received at the Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamy Mutt in Tirumala on Wednesday morning. From there, they were carried in a grand procession accompanied by traditional musical instruments to the Srivari Temple. Special rituals were conducted before adorning the main deity of Lord Venkateswara with these divine garlands.
The event witnessed the presence of Sri Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swami, Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami, Temple Deputy EO Sri Lokanatham, Sri Govindarajaswamy Temple Deputy EO Smt. Shanti, and other temple officials. The offering of Goda garlands symbolizes the deep devotion and spiritual significance of this annual tradition.
