Siddipet Artists Receive Telugu Velugu Nandi Awards

The recipients of the prestigious Telugu Velugu Nandi Awards 2025, Mahmood Pasha and Santosh, expressed their pride and gratitude during a press meet at Siddipet Press Club. Speaking on the occasion, they shared that the awards were presented on January 11 during the Vivekananda Jayanti celebrations at the Tyagaraya Gana Sabha in Hyderabad.
Mahmood Pasha was honored for his contributions as a writer, while Santosh received the award for his excellence in Yakshagana. Additionally, Gangireddula artist Kanakayya was recognized for his remarkable performances and received the Telugu Velugu Award and a certificate of appreciation.
The awardees emphasized the joy of being acknowledged for their efforts and highlighted the pride in Siddipet artists receiving three awards this year. They extended heartfelt thanks to the Telugu Velugu Sahiti Vedika for recognizing their talent and honoring them with such prestigious accolades.
