Mudhol MLA Pawar Ramarao Patel urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to allocate special funds for the development of the Mudhol constituency. On Wednesday, Patel, along with Telangana BJP MPs and MLAs, met with the Prime Minister in Delhi to discuss key issues.
Patel highlighted that Mudhol is a backward region and alleged that the Congress government in Telangana is showing partiality where BJP representatives are elected. He requested central funds to boost the development of his constituency and invited the Prime Minister to visit the renowned Basara Gnana Saraswati Temple, a symbol of education and devotion.
The MLA also sought funds through CSR initiatives, the construction of interstate highways, and substantial allocations under the employment guarantee scheme. He mentioned that Prime Minister Modi responded positively and assured him that he would instruct the concerned ministries to allocate special funds for the development of the constituency.
Later, Patel and other BJP representatives met Union Minister Nitin Gadkari to address various local issues. They discussed the challenges faced by Mudhol and sought the minister’s support for their resolution.
