The incident occurred in Rangampet, where a man identified as Velugatti Raja Mohan, a resident of Srinagar Colony, Hanamkonda, was found dead. He was reportedly murdered inside a vehicle with registration number AP 36 Q 1546, and his body was tied with ropes before the unknown assailants abandoned the car and fled the scene.
