Aim for Top Results in SSC Exams

District Collector Abhilasha Abhinav directed officials to ensure that students are well-prepared to achieve excellent results in the upcoming SSC exams. On Tuesday evening, the Collector conducted a review meeting with officials and educators at the Collectorate meeting hall regarding the readiness for the SSC board examinations.
During the meeting, the Collector emphasized conducting special classes to help students excel in their exams. She stated that a total of 9,127 students from government and private schools in the district would be appearing for the exams. She highlighted that Nirmal district had ranked first in the state for SSC results over the past two years and urged stakeholders to continue achieving top results this year.
The Collector instructed officials to regularly conduct preparatory tests to familiarize students with the board examination format. She called for special focus on students lagging in subjects like Mathematics, English, Science, and Physics, ensuring that their doubts are addressed through dedicated sessions. She also directed that the SSC syllabus be completed by the end of this month across all schools.
Highlighting the importance of mental readiness, she encouraged creating a stress-free environment for students and teaching them memory techniques to retain lessons easily. Special attention was advised for underperforming students by organizing remedial classes with subject teachers.
Additionally, the Collector stressed maintaining full attendance among students and ensuring the active involvement of teachers. She urged the teaching community to work with dedication to achieve outstanding results and instructed officials to regularly submit reports on student attendance, syllabus completion, and exam preparedness.
The Collector also reviewed the progress made by individual schools, including the number of students, syllabus status, and special classes conducted.
The meeting was attended by Additional Collector Faizan Ahmad, DEO P. Ramarao, welfare department officers Rajeshwar Goud and Ambaji, program coordinators Padma and Salomi Karuna, MEOs, headmasters, KGBV officials, teachers, and other staff.
