Stage-One Approval for Chandurthi-Motkaravupeta Road

The long-standing demand of the residents of Chandurthi and Medipalli mandals for the construction of the Chandurthi-Motkaravupeta road is moving closer to reality. The Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change has granted stage-one approval for the road’s construction.

Once completed, the road will significantly reduce travel distances for devotees traveling from Medipalli mandal to the Rajanna temple in Vemulawada. It will also benefit commuters traveling to cities like Hyderabad, saving both time and resources.

Government Whip and Vemulawada MLA Aadi Srinivas expressed his delight at the approval. He had consistently raised the issue with the government and officials, urging for the road’s construction. He thanked Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Forest Minister Konda Surekha for their support in securing the permissions.

The people of Chandurthi and Medipalli mandals have welcomed this development, expressing their gratitude to all those who facilitated this significant step. The road project is expected to bring substantial improvements to connectivity and accessibility in the region.
