SP Gous Alam Emphasizes Ganja Eradication and Community Welfare

Adilabad SP Gous Alam IPS led a Mega Medical Camp and distributed 2000 blankets in Siri Chalma village, Ichoda Mandal, under the “Police for You” initiative. Supported by Rotary Club Hyderabad, the event focused on ganja eradication, road safety, and cybercrime awareness.
Over 600 tribals from 12 villages attended, receiving free consultations from 15 doctors covering various specialties. SP Gous Alam urged parents to prevent substance abuse and encouraged the use of medical facilities for better health. Free medicines and meals were provided, alongside cultural performances promoting awareness.
Dignitaries including ASP Kajal IPS, Cybercrime DSP Hasibullah, and local leaders participated, ensuring the program’s success. Attendees appreciated the initiative, especially the support during winter with blanket distribution.
