NCC Students Organize Donation Drive on Armed Forces Flag Day

NCC students of Ramakrishna Degree and PG College in Jagtial marked the Armed Forces Flag Day on Saturday by launching a donation drive. The program was inaugurated by Jagtial RDO Puli Madhusudhan, who praised the initiative and encouraged contributions.
Under the supervision of Captain A. Maruthi Srihari Rao, the NCC students, along with staff from the Regional Welfare Office, collected donations through hundis placed across various locations in the town. The funds raised will be utilized for the welfare of ex-servicemen, widows of martyred soldiers, and their dependent family members.
The event saw active participation from Regional Welfare Office staff, including M. Sagar Rao, NCC officials, and enthusiastic students. The initiative was well-received by the community, reflecting solidarity with the armed forces.
