Fifth Schedule Rights Will Be Implemented Effectively: Sirpur MLA Dr. Palvai Harish Babu

Sirpur MLA Dr. Palvai Harish Babu assured that efforts will be made to ensure the proper implementation of the Fifth Schedule of the Indian Constitution, which protects tribal rights. Speaking at the unveiling ceremony of the Komaram Bheem statue in Pothapelli village, the MLA emphasized the importance of safeguarding the rights of the tribal community.

Dr. Harish Babu criticized the lack of enforcement of the Fifth Schedule in Telangana and pledged to raise the issue with the Governor to protect the rights of Adivasis. He urged the tribal community in Sirpur constituency to avoid addictions and focus on education to secure a better future.

The event was attended by MLC Dande Vittal, Gondwana State Leader Sidam Arju, Komaram Bheem’s grandson Komaram Sone Rao, Tudum Debba State President Burusa Pochaiyah, DMHO Kumram Sitaram, Former ZP Chairman Sidam Ganapathi, and other dignitaries including Arshad Hussain, Soyam Chinnanna, Talandi Madhukar, and several tribal leaders and villagers. The MLA also appreciated the efforts of local leaders and community members in organizing the event.
