District Education Officer Yadayya Congratulates National-Level Selected Device

The state-level INSPIRE Model and State Science Exhibition was held at the SVKM School in the NMINS campus, Jadcherla, Mahbubnagar district, from January 7 to January 9, 2025. A total of 30 projects from across the state participated, including innovative ideas from Kumram Bheem Asifabad.

Among these, the Electronic Hammer device designed by Sumit Solanki from Asifabad Model School gained significant recognition. The device is designed to simplify the process of manufacturing agricultural tools, enabling blacksmiths to create tools more efficiently. It increases productivity, allowing the production of 6 to 10 additional tools compared to traditional methods. Sumit was guided by teacher Narender Kumar in developing this innovative project.

The device and its inventor were honored with certificates and awards presented by local MLA Anirudh Reddy, District Collector Vijayendra Bhoi, and NCERT Director Ramesh. District Education Officer (DEO) S. Yadayya extended heartfelt congratulations to the student and the teacher for their exceptional achievement.

District Science Officer Katakam Madhukar and Correspondent Thati Pelli Sunitha also attended the event and appreciated the efforts of the participants. The project has now been selected for the national level, showcasing the ingenuity and hard work of the region’s young talent.
