Grand Celebrations of Mukkoti Ekadashi at Rajanna Temple

The sacred occasion of Mukkoti Ekadashi was celebrated with grandeur at the Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple in Vemulawada. To enhance the convenience of devotees, a massive fan was installed at the temple premises and inaugurated on Friday by Government Whip and Vemulawada MLA Adi Srinivas, along with Executive Officer Vinod Reddy. The installation has become a major attraction, and devotees have expressed their happiness over this initiative.

On the auspicious occasion of Vaikuntha Mukkoti Ekadashi, Adi Srinivas visited the temple early in the morning to offer prayers to Lord Rajanna. Special pujas were conducted, and he participated in the grand Pallaki Seva, immersing himself in the devotional activities.

Addressing the gathering, Adi Srinivas explained the significance of Vaikuntha Mukkoti Ekadashi, stating that devotees across the nation access the temple’s Uttara Dwaram (northern gate) for darshan on this day. He elaborated that the Ekadashi falling during Dhanurmasam, when the Sun enters the Sagittarius zodiac sign, is considered Vaikuntha Ekadashi. Worshipping the deity with devotion on this day is believed to bring immense spiritual benefits.

He prayed for universal welfare, health, and prosperity, urging everyone to come together in devotion. The event witnessed a large number of devotees who participated enthusiastically in the celebrations.
