Complaint Against Nakshatra Hospital: Public Health Director Promises Action

Youth Congress Assembly Vice President Sama Rupesh Reddy lodged a formal complaint with Telangana Public Health Director Naik, alleging violations of medical regulations by Nakshatra Hospital in Adilabad. According to Reddy, the hospital, managed by Dr. Sandeep Itwar, is operating in violation of rules by falsely claiming the presence of qualified doctors to obtain permissions, despite the absence of such professionals.
Reddy met with the Public Health Director in Hyderabad on Tuesday, urging an immediate investigation into the hospital’s activities. He alleged that the hospital unnecessarily frightens patients into undergoing tests and surgeries, particularly targeting the innocent tribal population in the district for financial gain.
Reddy emphasized the urgent need to investigate and take strict action against the hospital’s management. Responding to the complaint, the Public Health Director assured an inquiry into the matter and promised appropriate action.
