Strict Action Against Child Labor: Operation Smile-XI

Operation Smile-XI is being effectively implemented, said Sub-Inspector and Operation Smile in-charge Sadiq Hussain. On Friday, as part of the initiative, inspections were conducted at a mechanic shop near IK Reddy Chowrastha, close to the Nirmal Collectorate. During the inspection, two minors were found working illegally. They were counseled and subsequently enrolled in schools.
The shop owner, Aziz, has been booked under relevant laws for employing minors. Sub-Inspector Sadiq Hussain warned that strict action will be taken against those who employ minors, as it is a violation of the law.
Child Protection Officers S. Narender and Sagam Raju, Head Constable Abdul Jameer, Constables Muthyam, Naresh, Vajramma, and other officials and staff participated in the operation.
