Celebrating National Farmers Day, students from Sri Bhashita School in Armoor visited Aluru village on Monday to honor the farmers and learn about their contributions to society. During their visit, the students explored crop fields, interacted directly with farmers, and gained insights into the challenges of agriculture, the hard work involved in cultivating crops, and modern farming techniques.

Aluru Agriculture Officer Vasudham addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of integrating technology and agriculture in education. “Raising awareness among students about agriculture ensures the future progress of society, as farmers are its backbone,” he said.

Sri Polapalli Sundar, the Correspondent of Sri Bhashita School, highlighted the value of this experience, stating that it deepened the students’ understanding of the crucial role farmers play in society and their tireless efforts to sustain agriculture.

The program saw active participation from female students, teachers, and farmers, making it a meaningful exchange of knowledge and respect for the agricultural community.
