Gandhiji Foundation Celebrates New Year with the Needy

Gandhiji Foundation marked its 13th consecutive monthly distribution of essential supplies to the underprivileged on Wednesday at Gandhiji Educational Institutions. The foundation, spearheaded by Dr. Kodi Srinivas and his spouse Aruna, aims to distribute essential supplies worth ₹1,000 per person to 22 beneficiaries every month for two years.

To celebrate the New Year, Dr. Kodi Srinivas and Aruna cut a cake in the presence of the beneficiaries, sharing the joy of the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Srinivas stated, “It is our life’s mission to support the underprivileged through Gandhiji Foundation. Witnessing the happiness in their eyes as they receive these supplies motivates us to continue our service. We are committed to conducting more such welfare programs to uplift society.”

Beneficiaries expressed their heartfelt gratitude, mentioning how the monthly supplies help them sustain themselves healthily and happily. Dr. Srinivas emphasized, “The Gandhiji Foundation is dedicated to serving the needy selflessly and will remain committed to this mission as long as we live.”

The event saw active participation from Gandhiji School Principal Satyanarayana Murthy, Venkateshwarulu, Ramesh, Boda Yadayya, Bushipaka Yadagiri, Boda Vijay, Gopi, and others.

Through this initiative, Gandhiji Foundation continues to uphold its mission of spreading smiles and support among the less fortunate.
