Collector Reviews Nookapalli Housing Works

The District Collector inspected the ongoing infrastructure works at the Nookapalli Double Bedroom Housing Units in the Jagitial Municipality area on Thursday. The project includes 4,560 housing units with infrastructure works worth ₹32 crore, such as sewage canals, septic tanks, sewerage lines, water supply, and electricity arrangements.

The Collector directed the Panchayat Raj Department to expedite the construction of sewage canals, septic tanks, and sewerage lines and complete them by the first week of January. Water supply arrangements for each block should be finalized by December 15, ensuring no leaks or damages. Electrical panel boards for 520 houses must also be completed within the same timeline. The Collector emphasized removing seepage water from septic tanks and ensuring balance water tanks are fully operational.

RDO Madhusudhan, Executive Engineers Rehman and Shekhar Reddy, DyEE Rajeshwar, and other officials, including Tahsildar Ram Mohan Rao, participated in the inspection.
