Adoption is a Blessing - District Welfare Officer Saraswati

Karimnagar, Nov 30 :District Welfare Officer M. Saraswati emphasized that adoption is a blessing, while speaking at an awareness program organized on Saturday at the Shishu Gruha in Karimnagar as part of International Adoption Month celebrations. The event was attended by adoptive parents and couples who have applied for adoption.
Saraswati encouraged those interested in adoption to apply through the CARA website and follow the legal procedures. She advised parents to raise children with strong moral and social values. A poster related to adoption awareness was also unveiled during the event.
The program witnessed the participation of CWC Chairperson Dhanalakshmi, Vijay, Radhamma, CDPOs Sabitha and Kasturi, DHEW Coordinator Srilatha, Sakhi Center Admin Lakshmi, DCPU Officer Parveen, PO-IC Shanta, PO-NIC Tirupati, Shishu Gruha Manager Tejaswi, and social worker Rajesh.
