Public Governance Success Festivities from Dec 1 to Dec 9: Collector Pamela Satpathy

District Collector Pamela Satpathy announced on Saturday that grand “Public Governance Success Festivities” will be celebrated across Telangana from December 1 to December 9 in a festive atmosphere.
Schedule Highlights:
• Dec 1: Young India Residential Schools’ second phase inauguration under the Education Department. Distribution of sweets and essay writing competitions for students, and sports competitions under “CM Cup.”
• Dec 2: Launch of 16 nursing colleges, 28 paramedical colleges, 213 new ambulances, and 33 transgender clinics.
• Dec 3: In Hyderabad, the inauguration of the Aramghar to Zoo Park flyover, six STPs with 485 MLD capacity, beautification works worth ₹150 crores, and rainwater structures worth ₹17 crores. Groundbreaking for KBR Park multi-level flyover, H.C.I.T.I works (₹5942 crores), and S.N.D.P works (₹586 crores).
Municipalities will decorate offices with lighting, conduct health camps for sanitation workers, and distribute PPE kits.
• Dec 4: Virtual inauguration of Telangana Forest Development Corporation’s “Bona Neck,” Virtual Safari Theme Park, and a tree introduction center. An open meeting in Peddapalli will distribute appointment letters to 9007 candidates.
• Dec 5: In Hyderabad, the Women’s Shakti Bazaar inauguration and a discussion on Indira Mahila Shakti achievements will be held.
• Dec 6: Launch of Yadadri Thermal Power Plant and groundbreaking for 244 substation works.
• Dec 7-9: Grand events in Hyderabad. Dec 7 will see the launch of State Disaster Response Force and new emergency response vehicles for the electricity department. Dec 8 will feature groundbreaking for the AI city, 7 new AI initiatives, and 130 new citizen services. MOUs for 15 industries, including Kamalapuram factory restoration, and the groundbreaking of Sports University. Dec 9 will witness the unveiling of the Telangana Thalli statue by the Chief Minister with one lakh women at the Secretariat.
The Collector urged citizens to participate in large numbers and make the celebrations a grand success.
