National Road Safety Month Celebrations Held in Bansuwada

The National Road Safety Month celebrations were held in Bansuwada with grandeur on Tuesday, organized by the Kamareddy Transport Department. Excise and Tourism Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, MLA Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy, MP Suresh Kumar Shetkar, Collector Ashish Sangwan, Sub-collector Kiranmayi, District Transport Officer K. Srinivas Reddy, Agro Industry Chairman Bala Raju, and Motor Vehicles Inspector R. Nagalakshmi inaugurated the event with a road safety rally of college students by waving the green flag.
Minister Jupally Krishna Rao and MLA Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy wore helmets and highlighted the importance of road safety. Students participated in a rally, spreading awareness with road safety slogans through the streets of Bansuwada.
The celebrations continued at the local junior college, where a program chaired by District Transport Officer K. Srinivas Reddy was held. MLA Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy and Agro Industry Chairman Bala Raju attended as chief guests. Addressing the students, the MLA emphasized the significance of road safety and assured his support to the Transport Department for improving public convenience in Bansuwada.
District Transport Officer K. Srinivas Reddy provided critical road safety tips for students and drivers. He thanked the college management and media representatives for their cooperation in making the event a success.
