Grand Celebration of Sri Gopalakrishna Rathotsavam in Adilabad

The ancient Sri Gopalakrishna Rathotsavam was celebrated with grandeur in Adilabad town on Thursday evening. MLA Payal Shankar graced the occasion and participated in the festivities. The event began with Mathadhipathi Sri Yogananda Saraswati performing special pujas to the chariot amidst Vedic chants. Women carried out a vibrant procession with mangal harathi, adding to the devotional fervor.
Devotees from neighboring villages, the town, and even Maharashtra thronged the event in large numbers to participate in the Rathotsavam. Addressing the gathering, MLA Payal Shankar highlighted the spiritual significance of the Sri Gopalakrishna Math and encouraged all Hindu devotees to contribute to the success of the 15-day-long fair.
The Rathotsavam was a spectacle of devotion and tradition, drawing devotees from far and wide.
