Lease Tender Process Completed for Jyotibha Phule and Multipurpose Parks

The lease tender box for Jyotibha Phule Park and Multipurpose Park, developed under the Karimnagar Smart City Corporation Limited, was opened on Wednesday evening at the Municipal Corporation’s meeting hall. Commissioner Chahath Bajpai personally opened the tender box in the presence of all bidders and reviewed the documents.

After a thorough evaluation, the lease agreements were awarded for a period of two years. Jyotibha Phule Park was leased to S.R. Decorations, while the Multipurpose Park was leased to Kiran. The tendering process was conducted transparently, and the bidders had submitted their DD-based bids as per the rates set by the Municipal Corporation.

Speaking on the occasion, Commissioner Chahath Bajpai emphasized that the selected bidders must manage the parks in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Municipal Corporation. She added that the parks would only be handed over after the lease agreement is finalized.
