Youth Congress Must Lead in Local Elections

Government Whip Adluri Laxman Kumar and senior Congress leader and MLC T. Jeevan Reddy emphasized that Youth Congress leaders must play a pivotal role in strengthening the party and implementing welfare schemes effectively. Speaking at a felicitation event in Indira Bhavan, Jagtial, they congratulated newly elected Youth Congress leaders, including State Secretary Dr. Tatiparthi Vinuthna Reddy, District President Beeram Rajesh, and Assembly President Nalla Swami Reddy.
Laxman Kumar and Jeevan Reddy urged Youth Congress leaders to work in unison, ensuring the successful dissemination of government welfare schemes to the public. They highlighted the importance of Youth Congress in upcoming local body elections and its role in selecting beneficiaries for Indiramma housing schemes.
The leaders pointed out that Telangana’s Congress government is setting a benchmark with its welfare programs, including the historic ₹2 lakh loan waiver for farmers. They also stated that no other party, including the BJP, has implemented such comprehensive schemes benefiting farmers, women, unemployed youth, and other sections of society.
The event witnessed participation from prominent leaders, including Jagtial Municipal Chairperson Aduvala Jyothi Laxman, former Chairperson Tatiparthi Vijayalakshmi, and local Congress leaders Kotha Mohan, Charishma Reddy, Gajangi Nandaiah, and several others.
