TPCC President Bomma Mahesh Kumar Goud reaffirmed the Congress party’s commitment to implementing the six guarantees promised during the last elections. Speaking at the Nizamabad Parliament review meeting held at KNR Gardens in Ditchpally Constituency, he criticized the BRS government, accusing it of financial mismanagement and burdening the state with a debt of ₹7.5 lakh crore under Chief Minister KCR’s leadership.
Mahesh Kumar Goud alleged that KCR’s government has turned the state into a debt-ridden entity, with most income being used to pay interest. He further targeted MLC Kavitha, accusing her of neglecting the Backward Classes during the ten-year BRS regime while suddenly advocating for BC welfare.
Highlighting the Congress party’s leadership in the district, he assured party workers that deserving candidates will be prioritized for local organizational roles. He encouraged workers not to be disheartened, as their contributions would be recognized. Reflecting on his three-decade-long service to the party, he credited the Congress cadre for the party’s resurgence and called upon them to strengthen grassroots efforts to make Rahul Gandhi the Prime Minister.
He emphasized the need to communicate the welfare schemes of the Congress government effectively to the public and reiterated that the party stands firmly by its promises, unlike the TRS, which he accused of deceiving the people. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from local leaders and party activists.
