Godavarikhani, December 19: In a heartfelt gesture of solidarity and support, childhood friends of the late Deva Rajapapayya, who recently passed away due to a heart attack in Godavarikhani, have extended their helping hand to his grieving family.
Rajapapayya, who studied at Chaitanya School in Godavarikhani in 1990, left behind his wife and daughter. Upon learning of their friend’s untimely demise, his childhood friends, including Janagama Tirupati, Tammashetty Sampath, Katta Kumar, and Rachakonda Koteshwar Rao, along with their group, contributed ₹40,000. The amount was fixed as a deposit in a bank under the name of Rajapapayya’s daughter, and the bond paper was handed over to the family on Thursday morning.
Speaking on the occasion, Janagama Tirupati expressed that their group is always ready to stand by their friends and their families in times of crisis. “Whenever we learn that a friend’s family is in distress, we step forward to help. Not only our friends but also underprivileged families in need will receive our support,” he said. He assured continued assistance for the future of their late friend’s daughter, emphasizing their commitment to humanity and friendship.
Childhood friends, including Janagama Tirupati, Katta Kumaraswamy, Tammashetty Sampath, and others, were present during this compassionate initiative.
