Two Arrested for Forging Documents and Encroaching Land

Vemulawada, December 11: Vemulawada Town Police have remanded two individuals, Goli Srinivas and Kadiri Mahipal, for allegedly forging documents and illegally registering two acres of land in Tippapur under false ownership.

According to Vemulawada Town CI Veera Prasad, the land originally belonged to Pulluru Anjaneyulu. However, the accused, including the former Tippapur Sarpanch’s husband Durga Parashuramulu, Shivapuram Chandrashekar, Shivapuram Vinay, and others, conspired to create fraudulent documents and register the land under another name. Acting on a complaint filed by Anjaneyulu, the police registered a case and took swift action, leading to the arrest of two of the accused.

Further investigations are underway to apprehend the remaining individuals involved in the scam.
