Subbarayudu’s First Punch Was a Huge Hit!!

Subbarayudu has been appointed as the SP of the Red Sandalwood Anti-Smuggling Task Force, a significant post in the state. This task force has the authority to take action against the illegal transportation of red sandalwood, conduct raids, and arrest smugglers. Subbarayudu wasted no time in making his presence felt in this role, reminiscent of the character Shekhawat from the movie “Pushpa.” He seized red sandalwood worth crores of rupees while apprehending three interstate smugglers along with a container lorry.

In the recent operation, Subbarayudu and his team set up a checkpoint near the border of Tamil Nadu, close to the district collectorate in Chittoor city. The area is known for its forest routes, and after crossing a few villages, one reaches the interstate border. As a container truck approached a main road from a forest path, the team stopped it for inspection. The smugglers attempted to flee, but Subbarayudu’s team was quick to react. Upon opening the container, they discovered red sandalwood logs worth Rs. 4.5 crores. The team swiftly confiscated the sandalwood and the container, sending the arrested smugglers, identified as interstate smugglers, to jail.

This operation marks a significant achievement in curbing illegal red sandalwood smuggling under Subbarayudu’s leadership.
