Show Cause Notice Issued to Chinthapalli MPDO

Nalgonda: District Collector Ila Tripathi issued a show-cause notice to Chinthapalli MPDO Sujatha for negligence in the review process of Indiramma housing applications and failure to provide adequate training to the field staff on mobile app data entry.

On Wednesday, the District Collector inspected the Indiramma housing application review process in Ghaseeram Tanda and Narsalapalli villages of Chinthapalli Mandal. During her visit, she personally reviewed the details uploaded in the mobile app for housing applications by visiting the homes of applicants, including Ramavath Shankar and Korra Saritha.

The Collector noticed discrepancies in the field assistant’s data entry process, including the failure to upload photos and incomplete document verification. Questioning the lack of prior training for field staff on app usage and inadequate communication with villagers about the survey, the Collector directed the issuance of a show-cause notice to the MPDO.

Collector Ila Tripathi stressed the importance of conducting the application review systematically and ensuring no errors in the mobile app data entry process. She emphasized the need for thorough groundwork to avoid further lapses in the survey process.

Devarakonda RDO Ramanareddy, Housing Department PD Raj Kumar, and survey teams accompanied the District Collector during the inspection.
