Nine New Services Launched in MeeSeva Centers: E-District Manager Devender
Deccan Freedom News, Mulugu, December 12:
Nine new services have been introduced at MeeSeva centers in Mulugu district under the Revenue, Forest, and Women and Child Welfare departments. These services aim to make various government-related applications and processes more accessible to the public. Speaking on the occasion, E-District Manager Devender urged the people of Mulugu to take advantage of these newly launched services to simplify their administrative needs.
The newly introduced services include the issuance of important certificates such as Gap Certificates, Name Change of Citizens, Local Candidate Certificates, Minority Certificates, Reissue of Income and Caste Certificates, and Creamy Layer/Non-Creamy Layer Certificates under the Revenue Department. Additionally, two services from the Forest Department, including compensation applications for wildlife damage and fresh or renewal applications for sawmill and timber depots, have also been made available. Under the Women and Child Welfare Department, applications related to the Senior Citizen Maintenance Monitoring System can now be processed through MeeSeva.
To ensure the smooth implementation of these services, E-District Manager Devender and TGTS District Manager Vijay conducted an awareness session for MeeSeva center operators. They explained the required documentation and provided instructions on how to handle the new applications efficiently. During the session, operators were directed to inform citizens about the new services and assist them in utilizing these facilities without any inconvenience.
Devender emphasized that all MeeSeva centers must prominently display Citizen Charters, MeeSeva flex boards, and necessary stationery to maintain transparency. He also instructed the operators to avoid overcharging citizens and to ensure courteous behavior while dealing with applicants. Any violation of guidelines, including charging fees beyond the prescribed limits, will lead to strict action against the operators.
The E-District Manager concluded by urging the people of Mulugu district to make full use of these new services and ensure that government schemes and benefits reach every eligible citizen effectively.
