Government Whip and Vemulawada MLA Aadi Srinivas vowed to develop his hometown, Rudrangi, in all aspects. On Thursday, MLA Srinivas, Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha, and Co-operative Chairman Manala Mohan Reddy laid the foundation for new CC roads and side drains in Rudrangi mandal, a ₹2.03 crore project.
Speaking on the occasion, Srinivas expressed gratitude for public support and pledged to make Rudrangi a model village with the help of the Collector. He highlighted various ongoing projects, including the allocation of ₹238 crore for 4,696 Indiramma houses in Mid Manair project-affected villages and ₹43 crore for an advanced technology center in the village. He also emphasized the swift progress in road and drainage construction, IIT-JEE coaching for KGBV students, and enhanced medical facilities.
Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha urged officials to ensure timely implementation of welfare schemes like Rythu Bharosa and Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa, emphasizing the importance of transparency in beneficiary selection. He instructed the removal of non-agricultural lands from beneficiary lists and urged expedited field inspections for new ration cards and housing schemes.
The program witnessed the participation of Market Committee Chairman Chelakala Tirupati, officials Sudarshan Reddy, DRDO Sheshadri, Pavan Kumari, MPDO Nataraj, MRO Srilatha, AE Manohar, and others.
