“Determination Leads to Success,” Says MLA Payal Shankar

Adilabad MLA Payal Shankar emphasized the importance of perseverance and determination in achieving goals, particularly for those from underprivileged backgrounds. Speaking at an event organized by Padmashali Officials and Professionals (POP) at the Padmashali Sangha Bhavan in Shantinagar, Adilabad, the MLA honored 40 young men and women who secured government jobs.

The MLA shared his journey, recalling the hardships he faced due to poverty and how resilience helped him rise to the position of MLA despite three electoral defeats. He encouraged the youth to draw inspiration from their struggles and dedicate themselves to societal welfare after achieving success.

Payal Shankar also announced plans to establish a fully equipped BC Study Center in Adilabad to support economically disadvantaged students in preparing for competitive exams. He reiterated his commitment to addressing the issues faced by the Padmashali community and supporting their economic and social welfare.

During the event, exemplary teachers such as Kurra Ramesh and Kusuma Ganesh were honored, along with promoted officers like M. Jyotsna, Chandrakala, Beth Lalitha, and Archana.

The Padmashali Association, along with POP representatives, extended their gratitude to MLA Payal Shankar for his continued support and efforts. Leaders like District President Betha Ramesh, Shivakumar, Lachiram, Chandramohan, and others felicitated the MLA.
