Collector Tharini Tripathi Orders Expedited Resolution of Pending Dharani Applications

District Collector Tharini Tripathi conducted an unexpected inspection at the Kethepalli Mandal Tahsildar office on Wednesday, reviewing the pending Dharani applications and files on the Dharani portal. She instructed officials to resolve succession and mutation cases on a priority basis and ensure that applications do not remain pending for extended periods.
The Collector emphasized the need for timely resolution of land issues and other revenue-related complaints, aiming to transform the office into a problem-free environment. She advised officials to conduct field surveys for issues that require on-ground inspection. Additionally, she directed special attention to fake applications being repeatedly submitted and urged that actions be taken to prevent resubmission.
During her visit, the Collector also addressed complaints regarding land disputes in Bandapalle village. She gathered details about land ownership and instructed the Tahsildar, Madhusudhan Reddy, to issue land pattas as per regulations after obtaining clearance from both parties involved in the dispute.
Further, the Collector discussed sanitation measures with the MPDO and advised taking necessary steps to maintain cleanliness in villages. She also directed data entry for Indiramma houses to be completed efficiently and instructed frequent visits to schools and other institutions to ensure proper functioning. Tahsildar Madhusudhan Reddy, MPDO Srinivas Rao, and other officials were present during the inspection.
