BJP Pledges to Fight for Farmers Until Issues Are Resolved

Adilabad MLA Payal Shankar declared that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would continue its fight until all farmer-related issues are resolved. Protesting the Congress government’s neglect towards farmers, BJP MLAs Payal Shankar, Ramarao Patel, Rakesh, and Harish Babu reached the Assembly on bullock carts, symbolizing the plight of the farming community.

Addressing the media, Payal Shankar criticized the Congress government, stating that even after a year in power, it has failed to address the farmers’ grievances. He emphasized that the BJP demands a thorough discussion on farmers’ issues in the Assembly, including the implementation of crop insurance and the “Rythu Bharosa” schemes.

Payal Shankar further accused the Congress government of failing to fulfill its promises, particularly the complete implementation of the loan waiver scheme. He stated that the BJP would not rest until the government takes decisive action to address the farmers’ concerns and honor the commitments made during the elections.
