Applications Invited for Subsidized House Construction Under PMAY 2.0

Eligible beneficiaries in Tirupati city with their own land can now apply to build their own house under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) 2.0 scheme with a government subsidy, according to Municipal Commissioner N. Mourya.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, Commissioner Mourya announced that applicants interested in availing a subsidy of ₹2.5 lakh through the AP Housing Corporation under the PMAY 2.0 scheme should visit their respective ward secretariats. Applicants must submit required documents, including Aadhaar card, ration card, PAN card, caste certificate, income certificate, land documents, and bank account passbook.
The scheme aims to support residents of Tirupati city who have land but lack the financial means to construct their homes. Commissioner Mourya encouraged eligible residents to take advantage of this opportunity and submit their applications promptly at their nearest ward secretariat.
