Adilabad District: SP Gous Alam Guides New Civil Constables

Adilabad: A training program for newly appointed civil constables in Adilabad district commenced today under the guidance of District SP Gous Alam, IPS. Divided into three batches, each group will undergo a week-long training over the next month.
During the inaugural session, SP Gous Alam emphasized the importance of displaying skill and dedication in their duties. He highlighted the need to master station management, petition handling, patrolling, history sheet maintenance, and technological applications provided by the Telangana state government. Constables were encouraged to embrace advanced applications to effectively monitor criminal activity.
The training also includes awareness of beat patrolling and community engagement, aimed at strengthening relationships with the public and gathering intelligence. SP Alam urged the constables to promote cybercrime awareness and educate the public about using the 1930 toll-free number during emergencies.
Additionally, the training covers CPR, court duties, financial management, and other police responsibilities. Experts including doctors, lawyers, public prosecutors, psychologists, and financial management professionals will be involved in providing insights.
The event was attended by Women’s Police Station Inspector Srinivas, Reserve Inspector Venkati, and Sub-Inspectors Mujahid and Srikanth, along with other staff members.
