₹1 Lakh Donation to Durga Amma Nithya Annadana Scheme

The Sri Durgamalleswara Swamy Varla Devasthanam received a generous donation of ₹1,00,000 towards its Nithya Annadana scheme on Thursday. The contribution was made by Amatham Shailendra Nath, Padmavati, and their family members from Vetlapalem, Samarlakota Mandal, East Godavari District.
The donors handed over the cheque to Deputy EO M. Ratna Raju at the temple office. On this occasion, the temple authorities facilitated darshan of Goddess Durga for the donor family. The Vedic priests blessed them with Vedashirvachanam, while the Deputy EO presented them with sesha vastram, prasadam, and a portrait of the goddess as a token of appreciation.
